We are looking for an experienced and successful leadership professional with a strong record of achievement in shaping strategy and driving change.

As **Assistant Commissioner, Enterprise Planning & Performance Reporting,** you'll lead teams to provide meaningful and integrated planning and reporting products and services to inform decision-makers, support best practice governance and improve the performance of the ATO.

You'll draw together the core elements of the Commonwealth performance framework to ensure the ATO can report and deliver on its purpose and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for teams that analyse performance measures, develop and deliver some of the ATO's key corporate products, including the Quarterly Performance Report, Corporate Plan, Annual Report, and provide timely and accurate performance reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

You'll streamline processes and reporting to drive greater transparency for the ATO. As an influential leader, you will support leaders at all levels in understanding where performance improvements exist, and through this drive increased accountability and governance.

We have offices across the country and this role may be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing basis in any of the following locations**:Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Perth or Sydney CBD.
