**Description**:
Are you an experienced Support Worker with a strong understanding of dementia and a passion for making a difference in someone's daily life?

**Right at Home - Gold Coast South** is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide ongoing domestic support for our long-term clients living with dementia in their own home.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful, consistent work, takes pride in maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment, and has the patience and empathy needed to support someone experiencing cognitive changes.

**About the Role**:

- Location: Client's homes in Gold Coast South
- Casual position
- Focus on domestic duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Supportive of the client's routine, preferences, and wellbeing
- Build a positive, trusting relationship with the client and their family

**About You**:

- Minimum 12 months' experience in community care or home support
- Proven experience or training in dementia care
- Kind, patient, and attentive with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently with professionalism and respect
- Excellent communication and observation skills
- Flexible and reliable

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care / Disability (or equivalent)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
- National Police Check (current)
- First Aid and CPR certification (HLTAID011 or HLTAID003)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
