Costa invites you to join us at our Epping-based business that provides marketing services for growers' produce through our market floor.What you'll be doing Safe and efficient forklift transporting and tracking of fresh produce, loading and unloading of containers and trucks Daily pre-starts and equipment checks to proactively identify maintenance issues Receiving and Despatch work Picking and Packing orders, manual handling Other duties to assist despatch staff, as required Current Forklift License essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or market environment Previous experience working in Fresh Produce Markets highly desirable An understanding of perishable goods picking, stock rotation and expiry date sorting A cool head under pressure and ability to work in a diverse teamWhat we offer Access to upskilling opportunities Consistent shifts, allowing for a work-life balance Potential for permanent, long-term employment for those that shineWho we're looking forAn experienced forklift operator, preferably with produce market experience, who will be responsible for working with fresh produce in a busy market environment.
