What You'll Do
Lead from the front — coaching your team, driving results, and delivering exceptional customer experiences that keep customers returning.
Manage daily store operations including rosters, stock, shrinkage, and visual merchandising standards.
Identify opportunities for growth, team development, and elevated performance in partnership with the Area Manager.
Create an inclusive, energetic, on-brand store environment.
Maintain safety, compliance, and OH&S standards across the store.
What You'll Need
1+ year experience in retail management (store or assistant level).
Confident, driven, and inspiring leadership style.
Passion for fashion, wellness, and the Stylerunner aesthetic.
Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets.
Experience managing rosters, stock, shrinkage & wage control.
"Make it Happen" mindset — strategic, proactive, and solutions-focused.
Strong operational, VM, and customer service skills.
Availability for a Tuesday–Saturday roster.
