
Manager (Organisational Resilience)

**In this role you will be required to**:
- Manage the departments Emergency Management and Business Continuity capability including the provision of high-level advice, planning, development and delivery of training and exercising, and operational review to inform continuous improvement,
- Manage the department's Emergency Management and Business Continuity functions including preparedness, response and recovery during an event including the co-ordination of response activities during whole-of-government activation at the State Disaster Coordination Centre. Note: during an emergency event, this may mean being available to work outside of normal business hours.
- Engage with other government departments, Government owned corporations and Resources internal and external stakeholders regarding policies, procedures and issues relating emergency management arrangements, business continuity planning and corporate partnership arrangements.
- Manage the department's Corporate Partnership arrangements to achieve organisational resilience, capability uplift and embed a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage and co-ordinate the department's Community Recovery Ready Reserve program to ensure we meet our Whole of Government requirements.
- Lead and represent the department on committees and working groups, build and maintain strong linkages with relevant areas across the organisation and government, and ensure interoperability between divisions.
- Other duties as directed and required.
