We're currently seeking a passionate and experienced Educator to join our dynamic Preschool Room and make a meaningful impact every day.
Key Duties
Lead the planning and implementation of the educational program which values a holistic view of each child's development
Prioritise the health and safety of all children on campus
Provide leadership, guidance and support to other educators within the campus
Maintain ongoing records of the children's development, program and daily information
Assist with daily campus operations and room tasks such as activity preparation and mealtimes
Ensure the high quality of services in consideration of the National Quality Standards as well as compliance with relevant Government Regulations
The Ideal Candidate
Diploma in Early Childhood
A genuine passion for Early Childhood education and development
A creative, supportive and cooperative team player
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Current Working with Children Check
Completion of First Aid and Child Protection Training highly regarded
