Lizzards Preschool and Long Day care is excited to offer a Kitchen hand/food prep person to join our wonderful team. We cater for 37 children per day ages 0-6 years.

**About The Role**

**You will be required to reheat already made meals for the children at Lizzards preschool. These meals come ready to heat no cooking involved.**

Reporting to the Centre director, we are currently seeking a Kitchen Hand/Cook to join the team based in Hawkesbury Heights. This role offers part-time hours and a great opportunity for work/life balance.

The role will see you **working 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday**.

**To be considered for this amazing opportunity you will be required to have the following**:

- Food Handling Certificate ( or be willing to obtain)
- A current NSW Employee Working With Children Check _(or be willing to obtain)_
- A passion to work with children and work in a collaborative environment
- Good communication skills and an ability to build relationships with children and families
- be 18 years or older.
- be able to work on your own with mínimal supervision.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 25 per week
