**About Grid Electrics Group**:
Grid Electrics Group is a nationally recognised leader in renewable energy solutions, specialising in solar PV, EV charging, and battery energy storage systems (BESS). We work with councils, communities, and commercial clients across Australia to deliver clean energy projects. As the business grows, we are looking for a **Legal Intern** to support management in handling legal matters, preparing documentation, and working alongside external legal counsel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing legal documents and evidence for ongoing and upcoming cases
- Liaise with external legal representatives and manage case files and correspondence
- Attend court hearings, dispute resolution meetings, and other legal proceedings as a support person to management
- Conduct legal research on issues related to commercial law, WHS, employment law, and regulatory compliance
- Support the drafting of contracts, policies, internal memos, and statutory declarations
- Help maintain records for legal and compliance purposes, including document control and case tracking

**Requirements**:

- Currently studying or recently completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Juris Doctor (JD)
- Strong interest in commercial, construction, or administrative law
- Excellent writing, research, and organisational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism in legal settings
- Confident communicator able to work independently and with senior management
- Willingness to attend court or tribunal hearings and assist with procedural tasks
