**About The Arsonist**

The Arsonist fuels a multi-sensory dining experience with its intimate and moody environment, sensually indulgent décor, and evocative sounds and aromas of cooking with fire. Despite a custom-made fire pit and a flame grill complete with impressive moveable gantry, there are no smoke and mirrors - or kitchen walls - here. Guests can immerse themselves in the warmth, sight, sound, smell and taste of cooking with fire. The Arsonist is located in the charming bayside village of Manly, just 30 minutes from Brisbane's CBD.

**About the Role**

We are on the look out for casual team members to join our team and s the face of our venue, you are the living, breathing representation of the values our business represents. In this role you will pride yourself on delivering customer excellence and have very high emotional intelligence. You will be quick on your feet, be flexible in your approach and have a "can-do" attitude. We are always looking to hire industry professionals who have hospitality experience but are also willing to train those who come from similar customer service backgrounds and have the right approach to development.
The Arsonist is open from Wednesday to Sunday evenings and lunch on Friday to Sunday and are working towards being open 7 days a week

**To be considered for this role you must have (or be prepared to learn)**
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate (a must)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Sound level of proficiency with, or the willingness and ability to learn, Point of Sale systems and various hospitality platforms
- A sound level of food and beverage knowledge
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, and a willingness to resolve issues with appropriate, creative solutions
- Be able to provide table service with a smile
- Have a passion to work in the industry
