This role offers a unique opportunity to deliver high-impact clinical care in a secure, purpose-built facility as part of a respected statewide forensic mental health service.About the Role at Western Plains (Lara)Join a committed multidisciplinary team in a modern facility with access to the latest infrastructure and models of care.
This is a pivotal role in delivering psychiatric services to individuals within the justice system.
The role will include conducting psychiatric outpatient clinics, leading a multidisciplinary team, involvement in clinical reviews, and supervision of other clinicians.Key Features:Flexible work arrangements : 3 days onsite per week, with 1 session per fortnight delivered remotely via telehealth.Onsite support from a full-time Registrar, enhancing clinical collaboration and continuity of care.Contribute to recovery-focused, trauma-informed care in a secure setting.Opportunities for involvement in teaching, supervision and research (if desired).
