**CSSD Technician**

We are currently recruiting for a CSSD Technician based in Brisbane. As a CSSD Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterility of medical instruments and equipment, and ensuring that they are ready for use in surgeries and other medical procedures.- In this role, you will be working with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who are committed to providing the highest level of patient care. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and to contribute to the health and well-being of patients across the Brisbane area.- Previous experience in a CSSD Technician role or similar is highly desirable, as well as experience with medical instrumentation and sterilization processes.**Attention to Detail**: The CSSD Technician role requires a high level of attention to detail, as the cleanliness and sterility of medical equipment is critical to patient safety.**Communication Skills**: The ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and colleagues is essential in this role.**Technical Skills**: Experience with computerised tracking systems and other technical equipment is desirable.**Teamwork**: The CSSD Technician will work as part of a team, so the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues is essential.**Adaptability**: The medical industry is constantly evolving, and the CSSD Technician should be adaptable and able to learn new processes and techniques quickly.**Commitment to Safety**: The CSSD Technician must be committed to following strict safety protocols and guidelines, and ensuring the highest standards of infection control.
