**Must have Skills based Attributes**:
1. Drivers licence and if not a reliable way to get to and from work each day

2. Working at Heights (or willingness to attain)

3. Confined space ticket (or willingness to attain)

4. Some form of trade assistant or labouring background

5. Manual Handling experience or forklift ticket advantageous

6. Traffic control skills would also be an advantage
