We are seeking three passionate **female Disability Support Workers** to join our team and provide exceptional care and support to a client in a Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in Zillmere. If you're dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of people living with disabilities, we'd love to hear from you

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide 1:1 support to a wonderful client in their daily living activities, including medication management, mental health support, and community access
- Implement tailored support plans based on individual needs
- Assist the participant in living more independently and confidently
- Be a compassionate and reliable presence in their home, helping with daily tasks, social activities, and outings

**Shifts**: This role involves working on a two-week rotating roster. You must be fully available for both weeks.

**Line 1 - Casual with the view to permanent 32 hours per fortnight**:

- Week 1:_
Monday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Friday: 5:00pm - 9:00am (**sleepover** 10:00pm - 6:00am)
Sunday: 9am - 5pm
- Week 2:_
Thursday: 5:00pm - 9:00am (**sleepover** 10:00pm - 6:00am)
