This is a great opportunity for a passionate marketeer that loves driving customer engagement and great experiences for end users.

**The Role**
- Manage day-to-day activation, customer service and marketing initiatives.
- Assist with the delivery of experiential retail, programs, and events ensuring the flawless delivery of all activations and national programs.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to create strong community connections.
- Work with the marketing team to deliver on revenue producing or experience generating community events and special promotions.
- Assist in the coordination of all marketing and advertising assets - digital and physical, to the highest standards of creativity and presentation.
- Support in managing space hire and ticketing enquiries, event ideation, sourcing talent quotes and respond to creative briefs.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of information on web and social pages and all leasing collateral.

**About You**
With a passion for marketing and driving a positive customer experience, you bring:

- Previous experience in retail, sales and partnerships or event customer facing roles.
- Content creation skills; previous experience using Canva will be advantageous.
- An innovative approach and an interest in creative industries.
- Strong customer service skills.
- An interest in and experience in events, workshops and activations.
- Confidence in design, styling, presentation and visual merchandising.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to solve problems, improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness, and resolve issues as they arise.
- A collaborative, professional and empathetic approach to dealing with customers/guests and retailers/operators.
