Assistant Store Manager | Eastgardens, NSW

THE ROLE
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience
- Coaching and mentoring Team Members to upskill their product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service
- Execution of visual merchandising directive
- Effective stock management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- A passion for retail, customer service and fashion
- Ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team
- Strong leadership qualities
- Determined to achieve sales targets and understand KPI expectations
- Can identify opportunities in order to maximise sales
- Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values
