**Your New Role**

As the Team Coordinator Strategy & Corporate Affairs (SCA), you will support the SCA Senior Leadership Team to deliver high quality work in the interests of AustralianSuper members, by providing administrative and coordination support.

Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will ensure significant, and Domain wide administrative matters are managed effectively and help to facilitate the smooth running of the large team.

**Key responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to Senior Leaders within SCA (direct reports to the Chief Strategy Officer). Responsibilities include but are not limited to: diary management, maintaining office filing systems across the SCA Domain and respective SCA teams, organising and attending meetings, preparing agendas, circulating papers, and capturing actions. As well as booking travel both domestic and international.
- Support financial management in the best financial interests of members through invoice processing, raising purchase orders and assisting with credit card management for Senior Leaders, including monthly reconciliation.
- Work with the relevant teams and colleagues to ensure the SCA SharePoint pages and filing are up to date, e.g. org charts.
- Coordination of Domain events and team activities from start to finish.
- Support the SCA Executive Assistant with Domain related matters as needed.
- Actively contribute towards team culture, engagement opportunities and activities.
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships internally and externally to enhance and promote a cohesive environment that maximizes workflow efficiency and information/knowledge sharing. Contribute to team effectiveness by sharing information, collaborating, transferring skills, and being supportive and adaptable.
- Support the Domain to operate and make decisions according to the Fund's Policies, Standards and Procedures.Ensure appropriate and relevant governance structures, policies and processes are followed, and advocate for continuous improvement.

**What You'll Need**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of people at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a senior executive's office and administrative staff, coordinate tasks, set priorities and operate independently.
- Proficient in the use of MS Teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated initiative to remove obstacles.
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, proven ability to initiate, maintain and manage relationships with peers, with the objective of gaining cooperation and meeting timelines.
- Well-developed written and oral communication skills including proven experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and ability to develop and maintain rapport across all organisational levels.
