Job DescriptionClientAn ICG client is looking for a highly experienced and motivated business analyst to assist with an exciting M&A transaction.RoleSupport a multi-stream project team, working with a dedicated stream project lead.
The stream is focused on Risk and Compliance, as well as some legal transition activities.Key Deliverables:Support process of Business context and requirements gatheringFacilitate elaboration sessions; attend and facilitate other workshops as necessarySupport development and testing team in understanding requirements, test planning, and executionDocument and deliver project artifacts as requiredSkills and Experience Required:Stakeholder interfacing / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / dataSelf-starter, problem solver — someone who will be productive quickly, deliver outputs on time, and show initiative in asking probing questions and challenging outcomesGraphing, PowerPoint, and spreadsheet skillsInsurance or financial services background (please specify sub-sectors worked in)Specific experience with post-merger integration/separation support (please specify transactions supported)LogisticsStart date: Starting ImmediatelyDuration: The roles finish February 2025 with the possibility of extensionLocation: One role in Sydney and one in AucklandRate: The daily net rate to the consultant will be between $850-$900 NZD or AUD depending on location + GST where applicableApplication Close date: No later than Thursday 16th, May 2024, 12-noon AESTAPT submissions must be lodged within 48 hours.
