APM is looking for a Business Development Manager to build and maintain employer relationships in our Workforce Australia program, with the goal of placing participants into sustainable employment.This role will be based in North Sydney.Am I suited to being a Business Development Manager with APM?
Experience in the Employment Services sector is not essential but highly regarded.
If you are self-driven, motivated to succeed, and experienced in sales (retail, hospitality, or other), business development, account management, or outbound calling, this role could be ideal for you
A day in the life of a Business Development ManagerTravel and meet with employers to build relationships and promote job seekersDevelop and maintain employer and community networksCollaborate with Employment Consultants to place participants into suitable jobsWork in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentNegotiate with employers to ensure successful job placementsEnsure compliance and accurate database inputReward for your successPerformance is a core part of our culture, encouraging us to help more people.
