About the Role:An exciting opportunity is available for a Store Manager to lead the team at Colonnades Shopping Centre .
You'll be managing a close-knit team of 5–7 in a dynamic, fast-paced store.
You'll play a key role in shaping team culture, elevating the customer experience, and driving commercial success.This is your chance to lead with purpose, empower your team, and continue building your own career
Key Responsibilities: Inspire and lead your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strong sales results Mentor, develop, and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals Act as the on-floor ambassador of the brand; work closely with regional management and head office to ensure consistent brand delivery and adherence to promotional plans Monitor business performance and proactively identify opportunities to drive growth Oversee stock management, deliveries, and replenishment processes Maintain high visual standards; execute store layouts, window displays and in-store styling to align with brand guidelines and seasonal trends What You'll Bring: Leadership experience in fashion retail, ideally managing small to mid-sized teams Passion for customer service and a commitment to team development Strong coaching skills and the ability to lead by example Commercial mindset with a focus on results High energy, adaptability, and a love for working in a hands-on environment Perks & Benefits: Up to $65,000 + Super + 50% product discount + allowance Strong training and career development pathways A supportive, close-knit team culture Strong senior leadership support Be part of a well-loved brand with a loyal customer base This is your chance to lead with heart, grow your career, and make a real impact.Ready to take the next step?
