Roles can be casual, part-time, or full-time, tailored to your lifestyle.AccountabilitiesConduct safe, positive, and motivating swimming classes around a structured programAssess students' competency levels and recommend appropriate programsSupervise students and ensure safety during classesCollaborate with team members to review and improve programsStay updated with industry developmentsSkills And ExperienceKnowledge of swim teaching and water safetyAbility to manage students of various ages and abilitiesInterpersonal and negotiation skills for liaising with students and parentsEssential RequirementsFirst Aid CertificateQualified Swim TeacherCurrent CPR certificationNational Police/Criminal History CheckWorking with Children/Vulnerable People CheckIf unqualified but with relevant experience, we support training.
