Purpose of Role: The role is responsible for the safe and efficient production of quality moulds for our Foundry manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all activities including Safety Initiatives, Training, Toolbox Talks, Pre-Start Inspections, Risk Assessments and team meetings.- Adhere to all WMA policies.- Report any hazards, incidents or concerns to the leadership team.- Produce mould's and cores with the highest quality by adopting trade skills and experience.- Execute tasks delegated to meet the daily production targets and be flexible in moving to multiple areas of the Beforecast Area.- Operate equipment such as overhead cranes, forklift equipment (if licensed), sand mixers, process equipment, portable equipment and a variety of hand tools.- Ensure work area and equipment is kept in good order.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Special Skills:
High Risk Work Licence (Class F NSW) - Desirable

Dogging Certificate - Desirable

**Experience**:
Evidence of more than 12 months experience with-in a manufacturing environment.

Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
