**About the Centre**

The Macleod Recreation Centre is a facility that offers a wide variety of programs for all. The centre comprises of a fully equipped gymnasium (electronic cardio equipment, machine weights and free weights), Group Fitness, fully equipped Gymnastic facility, Dance studio, 2 program rooms (used for a variety of programs and services), basketball court and tennis courts.

**About the role**

The role of Gymnastics Coach (competitive) is to provide coaching experiences for participants at Macleod Recreation & Fitness Centre.

As the Gymnastics Coach you must be people focused while providing a safe, motivating and energetic environment for participants. You will need to be detail focused to produce high quality gymnastics, creating and updating lesson plans to ensure the smooth progression of our competitive gymnasts.

Macleod Recreation & Fitness Centre has a diverse program offering and the Gymnastics Coach must be able to deliver to people of all ages and abilities, as well as provide feedback in a variety of ways including verbally to the students and parents. Creating a connection with our competitive families is a must for us.

This is a casual position and the hourly rate starts at $29.44 + super.

**About you**

**Essential Qualifications**
- Beginner Gymnastics Qualification (Includes Principles of Coaching in Gym for All, Kinder gym, MAG or WAG)
- First Aid Certificate.
- CPR Certificate.
