About The RoleAs a Senior Dental Nurse, you'll take charge of day-to-day clinical operations, working closely with the Practice Manager and leading the team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Your Responsibilities Will IncludeLeading, mentoring, and supporting dental assistants and junior nursesOverseeing daily clinical operations, chairside support, and infection control standardsAssisting with rostering, training, and compliance requirementsCollaborating with the Practice Manager to achieve clinical and business goalsCreating a calm, professional, and supportive environment for patients and staff
