**About the Role**

The **Digital Marketing Specialist** will support the execution of marketing strategies and campaigns that promote our products and services. In this dynamic role, you'll contribute to day-to-day marketing activities, create engaging content, plan exciting events, and manage digital initiatives to boost brand awareness and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
- **Content Creation**: Design and produce materials such as brochures, flyers, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches, trade shows, and events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to inform strategic decisions.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all materials and channels.
- **Reporting & Analytics**: Track and report on campaign performance, analyzing KPIs such as website traffic, social media engagement, and lead generation.
- **Vendor Coordination**: Liaise with vendors, designers, and advertising agencies to deliver marketing assets on time.
- **Budget Management**: Support budget tracking and ensure expenses align with the marketing plan.

**What We're Looking For**
- **Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food and beverage or FMCG industry.
- **Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or Canva preferred).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content management systems (preferred, non essential).
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- SEO: 2 years (required)
- Digital marketing: 2 years (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
