This is a hands-on role where you'll design and lead the build, testing, and operation of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and key enterprise systems, while ensuring security, compliance, and performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, build and support of integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Finance systems.Define end-to-end integration designs, ensuring alignment with SAP best practice and NSW Government data privacy/security requirements.Work with middleware platforms (SAP BTP/CPI, Azure Logic Apps, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) to deliver seamless integrations.Support SIT and UAT, defect triage, and release cycles.Partner with vendors, developers, and business teams to deliver quality outcomes.Transition integrations into steady-state support post go-live.Drive incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.Skills and Experience Required: 7+ years' experience in solution architecture, integration design, or technical lead roles.Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, LMS).
Hands-on experience with APIs (OData, SOAP, REST, SFTP).
Background in middleware platforms (SAP CPI, Azure, Boomi, MuleSoft).
Knowledge of Payroll systems (Chris21, Aurion, Micropay), Time & Attendance (Kronos/UKG), and Finance (Dynamics 365 F&O).
