**The Opportunity**

Our Operations team is responsible for internal professional services delivery, including client services, facilities, legal operations, business continuity and workplace management.

We have an opportunity in our Operations team, to provide Business Continuity Lead support for our APAC region. In this role, working alongside the Business Continuity Manager located in Glasgow, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of seamless internal operations services, processes and projects. This role provides support and advice on Business Continuity in relation to our third party Suppliers; Health, Safety & Environment Programme; new location projects; and Sustainability initiatives.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience and knowledge in the following:

- Relevant experience within a professional services or corporate firm environment.
- Business Continuity experience and knowledge highly desirable.
- Incident response experience and programme management highly desirable.
- Experience liaising directly with senior stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Resilience, with the ability to thrive and effectively work with continuous change, and tight deadlines.
- "Can do" and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Behaves in a professional manner, and is personable and approachable at all times.
- Team player, able to work well with others to achieve divisional or task specific goals.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to adjust priorities or working hours when necessary.
- Experience managing multiple databases and reporting features.
