Our Home Health platform is a leading integrated healthcare business delivering in home clinical care and services that meet the needs of the wider community. As on of our **Customer Care Representatives**, you will join our amazing Customer Care Team where you will be a central point of contact for our Home Care customers nationally. You will deliver quality customer service outcomes and solutions to customers and their loved ones who are looking for that extra helping hand, in and out of their own homes.

This is a **permanent full-time** position based out of our Parramatta Office in Sydney where you will have flexibility to work a **hybrid work model**.

**About you**:

- Proven customer service expertise
- Strong inbound/outbound telephony work
- Sales experience
- Knowledge of Aged Care services (desirable)
- Ability to identify and breakdown complex problems
- Strong Objection handling skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
- Understanding of compliance and regulative issues
