Domain is looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to join our multi-year transformational program and define the medium-term product vision, strategy and goals for our Commercial Technology Crew.

This crew leadership role is pivotal in identifying high-value opportunities and translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with Principal Product Managers and lead a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts, ensuring the successful delivery of product initiatives and overseeing resource management.

This Commerce Technology Crew has the responsibility all aspects of the commercialisation of a product in an end-to-end sales process. Key capabilities built for Domain include lead, opportunity, quote, sales, product pricing, contract, promotions, campaigns, order, fulfillment, usage, billing, invoice, financial management and reporting. Once these capabilities are built or enhanced our Business Technology Operations Crew support the operation of these key functions.

**Who are you?**
- Develop and advocate for product strategy, including defining medium-term vision and goals.
- Manage and mentor the team, ensuring the successful creation of business requirements to deliver the product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with leaders across our Product, Commercial, Finance, and Technology divisions to coordinate product launches and enablement.
- Leverage insights from research, data, and market dynamics to drive product evolution and value creation.
- Balance business results with customer satisfaction, using feedback to inform product development and strategy.

**You have**
- People leadership with a proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Product management with a strong track record of defining and executing product strategies with measure OKRs
- Strong background with the End-to-End Commerce Lifecycle and experience with the Salesforce products.
- Program management with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, roadmaps, and resources effectively.
