**_The Role_**
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) based in Sydney at the Woolworths head office site. Reporting to Customer Director - Woolworths, the role is responsible for analysing demand and supply data to identify trends, forecast accuracy issues, and opportunities for optimisation within the end-to-end supply chain. This role will provide critical insights and recommendations to ensure efficient product flow, improve service levels, and reduce costs across Chilled and Frozen categories. The Analyst will serve as a key data and insights provider to the customer and internal teams.

As our Integrated Supply Planner, you'll be responsible for:

- Perform detailed analysis of sales data against demand forecasts, developing and refining forecasting models to improve accuracy for new products, promotions, and seasonal events.
- Perform root cause analysis on out-of-stock and delivery issues to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver weekly DIFOT projections and daily service updates, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on optimal pipe fill, distribution strategies, and inventory management to minimise waste and maximise efficiency.
- Actively participate in forecast collaboration meetings, offering key analytical support and insights to align demand and supply plans with internal teams and our major customer.
- Analyse the financial and operational impact of supply chain decisions, identifying opportunities to improve service levels and reduce costs.
- Lead planning for major and seasonal events, developing data-driven sales and operational plans.
- Maintain data integrity and manage daily ordering processes to meet customer demand efficiently.
- Monitor key supply metrics (e.g., Case Fill, On-Shelf Availability) and provide actionable insights to improve performance

**The Person**
We're looking for a sharp, self-motivated analyst with:

- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting supply chain and sales data.
- Proven ability to identify and solve forecasting and inventory challenges.
- Experience in FMCG supply chain or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and supply chain systems with proven ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets (advanced Excel, SQL, BI tools).
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Statistics, or a related analytical field.
- Strong understanding of retail replenishment systems and their underlying data structures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A confident and clear communication style, capable of presenting findings to diverse stakeholders.
