About the Role
As a Lawyer in the Mergers and Exemptions Law Unit, you will provide strategic and legal policy advice on complex issues related to the functions and powers of the ACCC under the Competition and Consumer Act, including the new merger regime.
You will conduct legal research, assist with investigations and court proceedings, and help in dispute resolution processes.
About You
You will have admission as a legal practitioner in Australia and experience advising in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Part IV of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, merger clearances, or administrative law is advantageous but not essential.

Additional Details
Salary ranges from $95,374 to $111,590 plus superannuation.
