Our client is a market leading energy and infrastructure company headquartered in Adelaide.

**Position Description**

This is a growth role that will see you reporting into the general counsel and working very closely with a number of senior legal counsel.

You will liaise with key stakeholders across the business, regularly providing them with legal advice across commercial agreements, legislative and regulatory advice, construction, real estate and broader commercial agreements.

You will regularly negotiate, draft and review all manner of construction related agreements, provide advice on energy and regulatory changes, work closely with the business on renewable energy transactions and regulatory matters, advise on corporate and commercial transactions and provide input into investigations and litigation.

**Requirements**:
So lawyers with any type of regulatory background or complex transactional background could move into this role.

You will have proven ability to manage stakeholders, excellent attention to detail with a commercial approach.
