**Job Purpose**

**What you'll be doing**
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to understand system specifications and prepare test plans and scenarios for SIT, Regression and UAT
- Prepare and execute manual test scripts, identify and track the defects using the test management tool
- Prepare and present test reports, metrics and defect summaries to stakeholders
- Lead a team of testers or junior analysts when required

**What we're looking for**
- Significant experience in software testing
- Familiarity with API testing and proficiency in SQL/Postgres for database validation
- Solid understanding of healthcare workflows and data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).
- Willingness to learn automation when the need arises
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing lifecycle (STLC)
- Awareness of agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
- Experience working within the healthcare sector is highly regarded
- Ability to work under pressure in a regulated environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
