Overview
MC Tanker Driver (Afternoon Shift)
at Adbri Hy-Tec - Mount Warren Park, Queensland, Australia. This full-time position is based on the afternoon shift (Monday to Saturday, commencing at 3:00 pm) and involves driving Multi-Combination (MC) tanker units, primarily B-Double tankers, to various Brisbane Metro sites. You will be responsible for loading and delivering raw materials used in the production of concrete and aggregates, as well as vehicle upkeep. The role offers an autonomous, responsible position with emphasis on safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Load and deliver raw materials to company sites
Ensure safety, health & environment standards are maintained
Comply with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management and mass management requirements
Complete basic documentation
Maintain professional customer relationships
Maintain the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition
What You Will Need To Succeed
Current MC drivers' licence and be able to provide driver licence history check - essential
A reliable team player attitude with a focus on customer service
Strong work ethic and integrity to work independently
Previous tanker experience advantageous but not required
Relevant building/concrete industry experience advantageous but not required
