**Traineeship Opportunity: Admin Assistant & Filing Assistant (1-2 Days per Week)**
Are you a creative thinker with a positive, upbeat attitude? Do you enjoy helping others and have a friendly phone manner? We are looking for a passionate and empathetic **Admin Assistant & Filing Assistant** to join our team in a school-based traineeship
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with general administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and organizing bookings.
- Provide friendly and professional phone support to participants, especially individuals with disabilities.
- Coordinate appointments and bookings for participants, ensuring smooth scheduling.
- Work 1-2 days per week, offering flexibility to fit your schedule.
- **Strong computer skills** with proficiency in MS Office and basic admin tasks.
- **Empathetic, friendly, and professional** phone manner.
- A **creative, open-minded, and positive** thinker who can bring a fresh perspective to the team.
- **Lived experience** or an **understanding** of disability is highly preferred.
- Passion for making a difference and supporting vulnerable participants.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team.
