Working within this Cyber Security Specialist consultancy, your role as a Security Analyst / Information Security Analyst (SCTY5or6) your role will involve:
- Conduct regular assessments of our information systems, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security enhancements.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Monitor network traffic and security logs to identify potential security incidents, investigating and responding to any breaches or unauthorized access.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain security infrastructure, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, emerging threats, and technologies to continuously improve our security posture.
- Conduct security awareness training and provide guidance to employees on best practices for information security.

Our client has doubled its Defence Security team by providing excellent service to the commonwealth. This is through an experienced team of security analysts and leads who work together - many of whom are ex defence force members. There is one team with a great manager and a history of delivering significant outcomes.

Previous Uniform experience would be highly desirable. These roles will develop over time and is in the fastest growing area of Defence.
