What are my accountabilities?
Minimising claims cost by effectively reviewing building cost and negotiating acceptable outcomes with suppliersCommunication with suppliers, internal claims team and supplier relationship teamTimely and accurate review of scopes of work and supplier quotations About you: Previous hands-on building experienceTrade or Building qualificationAbility to simplify technical building matters and communicate to stakeholders.Skills in preparing a scope of worksCaring CultureIt's at the heart of everything we do, and we show we care by living our core values: Empathy, Accountability, Inclusion, Collaboration, and Growth.
