Cartridge World is one of the world's largest dedicated specialty retailers of printer ink cartridges and toners. Our stores carry an extensive range of hardware and consumables to suit most home, office, and educational needs providing our customers with everything they could need when it comes to ink cartridges, printers, paper, stationery and much more.

**The Role**

**Essential skills and experience**
- Experience in a retail sales management role
- Proven ability to achieve sales results and drive a commercial business
- Strong communicator with exceptional interpersonal and selling skills
- Excellent customer service and business relationship skills
- Self-motivated individual with a flexible hands-on approach
- Goal orientated professional with a business focus

**Role responsibilities**
- Maintain day to day store operations including stock management, stock ordering, fulfilment of customer orders, store presentation standards and cleanliness
- Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets and budgets in line with KPIs
- Grow B2B and B2C customer base in line with monthly KPIs
- Perform sales role effectively at all times, serve customers in store, process transactions, manage online and telephone orders/sales
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, populate store database for marketing and promotional activity
- Be a Cartridge World brand ambassador at all times

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- BEENLEIGH, QLD 4207: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 2 years (required)
