Team Leader

**Duties**
- _Provide support to our participants with mental, physical and/or intellectual disabilities.
Understand and provide appropriate care to participants with low needs._
- _Support participants with high needs who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviors._
- _Assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment_
- _Perform personal care including showering and toileting._
- _Support persons with disability, to live independently in their own homes and participate in the community, in a dignified and safe manner in accordance with individual care plans._
- _Encourage and support people to participate in decision-making about the service they receive._
- _Ensure completion of appropriate documentation._
- _Participate in performance development meetings._
- _Client's consumables stock checking where needed and consumables ordering._
- _Client's medication stock checking and medication pick up._
- _Rostering for your team members._
- _Highlighting any concerns or feedback and finding resolutions in conjunction with the Operations Manager._
- _Ensure overall wellbeing of participants in your team._
