**About Our Client**:
Our client is a very well-known and highly respected member of the Financial Service community in Melbourne, having been in operation for over 25 years but have experienced fantastic growth in the past five-years. Located in the heart of the Melbourne CBD, they are after finance/business/banking graduates to enter their 18-month graduate program. This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic personality to gain employment in an entry-level role in their field.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Support Operations, your main role and responsibilities will include:

- Daily communications with customers surrounding their loans and approvals.
- Communicate with underwriters and learn the tasks and responsibilities they perform.
- Liaising between internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Data entry of customer payments and maintaining a high-level of data integrity.
- Process customer loan documentation forms and respond to their requests in a timely manner.
- Ad-hoc customer service and administration responsibilities.
