This position involves regular interaction with the Site Service Manager, Site Team, Customers, Internal Technical Teams, other GE Onshore Wind Farms, Contractors, and the Local Community.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Leadership & Supervision: Guide and manage site activities, leading site technicians and third-party contractors in daily operations.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and delegate tasks effectively.Technical Expertise: Hold the Site Electrical Contractors License Nominee role, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and codes.
Execute high voltage switching operations and carry out maintenance, installations, and repairs.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, share lessons learned, and lead training sessions for technicians and contractors.Documentation & Compliance: Ensure accurate completion and filing of documentation related to electrical work and HV switching.
Maintain reports using GE's software management tools.Safety & Maintenance: Uphold safety policies, conduct inspections, and perform fault finding on assets.
