**About the Role**

**We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Lifestyle Manager to join our Aged Care Centres teams in the Eurobodalla region.**

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage and effectively lead a team of **Lifestyle Officers**:

- Ensuring effective and efficient operations of the **Eurobodalla Lifestyle Teams - Crown Gardens, Dalmeny, Moruya**:

- Expanding and creating new activities and social interactions for our residents
- Ensure the management and delivery of the lifestyle program meets identified KPIs and is undertaken in line with IRT policy and best practice.
- Operational management including but not limited to budgets and high level customer service
- Ensure compliance with Lifestyle Service Reporting requirements and all other legislative and organisational requirements.

**To Be Successful You Will Have**
- Qualifications in an appropriate discipline at Certificate IV level at a minimum. E.g. Lifestyle, Communication, Social Sciences, Allied Health, Management or an appropriate field
- Experience in leading and managing in a face to face customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills and experience in designing and implementing lifestyle programs
- Being action oriented, innovative and able to translate broad goals into achievable steps is a must for this role.
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Post graduate qualifications in management (desirable)
