Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) is a recognised leader in public health services for the Nepean, Blue Mountains, and Lithgow Region. Nepean Hospital is a teaching hospital providing tertiary referral services across emergency care, coronary care, diagnostics, gynaecology, paediatric, neonatal intensive care/ICU, maternity, mental health, rehabilitation, and surgery. Role Purpose
Join NBMLHD as an Enrolled Nurse in our General Surgery team. You will work closely with a Registered Nurse as part of a health care team, implementing and evaluating patient-focused care for patients, families and carers in line with Nursing standard practices. Your contributions will shape how care is delivered to ensure every patient receives respect, attention and expertise.

What You Will Bring To The Role
Current registration to practice as an Enrolled Nurse (Division 2) with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
Experience and demonstrated skill in Acute nursing
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work
Demonstrated evidence of being able to provide person centred care
Demonstrated effective communication skills – written and verbal
Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
Ability to work a flexible roster
Employment of a temporary visa holder may only occur if no suitable permanent resident or citizen of Australia has been identified and must not exceed the duration or conditions associated with the current visa.
