As a person you are passionate about increasing customer value and embody a growth mindset to drive financial services, payments and checkouts at IKEA throughout an omnichannel retail environment. Through your strategic and tactical abilities, you are driven to assess, develop and secure the overall strategic landscape and portfolio of financial services to reach multiple and untouched customer segments. You demonstrate strong leadership and an impeccable ability to build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you have sound knowledge and ability to influence key areas such as customer offerings, acquisition of financial services and tendering.
**Your responsibilities**
As Financial Services Leader you will contribute to maximise growth by leading the development and deployment of financial services, payments & checkout at IKEA. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Lead the strategic, tactical and operational planning on "Financial Services, Payments and checkout" commercial agenda in the country to maximise growth (e.g. goals, portfolio, deployments), ensuring it is anchored in the Country Business Plan and roadmaps and aligned with the banking relationships, in order to reach the defined targets.
- Acquire and tender new financial services/payment options and lead the deployment and acceleration of those initiatives to reach new customer segments.
- Develop relationship with financial service partners to optimise the conditions and experiences for customers and IKEA.
- Lead, coach and develop your team to secure an inspiring and motivating environment where people and talent are continuously developed including long-term competence building, succession planning and diversity and inclusion.
- Benchmark IKEA financial services, payments and checkout options to competitors locally and globally and stay up to date with market practice, competition, trends, new players and regulations.
- Actively foster collaboration across all functions and units, within and outside Commercial, to secure integration, common focus and maximise impact.

Alongside the Country Customer team, you will ensure IKEA financial services are a leader in the omnichannel retail landscape. You will lead the organisation and secure the strategic landscape of financial services working in close collaboration with stakeholders within and outside the business to add value to the customer experience.
