Are you an experienced Revit drafter working on commercial multi-story projects?

Join This Consultancy as a Senior Draftsperson, contributing to the creation of precise technical drawings for commercial multi-storey construction projects. This company is a family owned boutique located in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne offering excellent team environment, normal working hours and flexibility.

**Your new role**

As the senior or experienced draftsperson you will collaborate with engineers, manage a team, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

You will need the previous experience in a similar role in a consultancy environment with proficiency in doing the following:

- Produce accurate technical drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD software.
- Manage drafting projects, ensuring budget and timeline adherence.
- Mentor team members and allocate work efficiently.
- Evaluate project designs for material suitability and offer insights.
- Adapt to changing company goals and contribute proactively.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will need the backing off:

- Relevant experience in commercial multistorey designs (up to 15 stories).
- Experience mentoring and supervising teams.
- Demonstrated ability in drafting technical drawings.
- Extensive REVIT and AutoCAD experience.
- Analytical thinking and business awareness.
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Recognized CAD/REVIT training.
