We are seeking a dedicated and caring casual Leisure and Lifestyle Assistant to join the team at Doutta Galla Grantham Green in St Albans.
In this role you will assist residents/participants to participate in diverse, individualised and resident/participant focused high quality recreational, spiritual, creative, cultural, physical and sporting leisure and lifestyle activities through one on one or group activities.

What we are seeking: Previous aged care experience in a similar role A positive, fun attitude Dedication to maximising each resident's health and wellbeing Certificate IV in Leisure & Health (highly regarded) Understanding of the Aged Care Standards and a willingness to embrace and champion them, ensuring resident dignity and choice is central to all that they do We offer more than a job - we offer opportunities to grow, learn, and lead with impact.
