Crest Nicholson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Labourer to join our Midlands Division on a permanent basis, initially based at our Branston Locks development in Branston, Staffordshire.Key Responsibilities:Unlocking the site compound and allowing access to secure plots for sub-contractors.Ensuring plots are secured at the end of each working day.Maintaining high levels of site presentation, including cleaning site office and facilities regularly.Cleaning completed plots and keeping the site litter-free.Stockpiling materials prior to bulk disposal when required.Distributing materials to sub-contractors using designated routes.Managing and maintaining skips, generators, and the general compound area.Opening the site at 7:30 AM, unlocking plots, and checking perimeters, with a closing time of 4:30 PM for a 5 PM finish.Preparing units for pre-plaster activities, including mastic, foaming, insulation, spraying, taping, and cleaning.Managing waste segregation and safety measures, including fencing and signage.Jet washing slabs and driveways for upcoming completion plots.Adjusting site boundary fencing as necessary.Experience/Qualifications:Must hold an up-to-date CSCS card and be familiar with the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Procedures.At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably on a building site.Outgoing, courteous, and polite personality.Enjoy working outdoors with a logical and methodical approach.Effective communication skills and physical fitness.The CompanyCrest Nicholson is a leading developer of quality homes and sustainable communities, creating great places for our customers to live.We focus on attractive placemaking, well-connected communities, and holistic design approaches to ensure thriving environments for people and nature.Benefits include:Company Bonus Scheme25 days' annual leaveCycle to work schemeShare save schemeWe are an inclusive employer open to flexible working requests.
