**Responsibilities**:

- Talent Acquisition (Expatriates to relocate to PNG and Local Citizens): Utilise your expertise to identify, attract, and engage with high calibre professionals through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong partnerships with our prestigious PNG clients where required, understanding their hiring needs and collaborating closely to deliver outstanding talent solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an agency recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
