We're looking for operators experienced in using a variety of machines including:

- Excavators
- Posi-tracks
- Tippers (Road ranger gearbox essential)
- Graders experience is a bonus
- Rollers

You will be working across a range of sites on tasks including:

- Bulk earthworks
- Final trim
- Site cuts & pad preps
- Trenching
- Driveways
- Footings
- Drainage
- Rock walls
- Ability to use attachments (augers, stick rake, broom, spreader bar, rock breaker etc)
- Installing culverts
- General site and equipment maintenance

Please note: Some days may involve general labour duties such as site clean-up, assisting on the ground, machine washing, or basic mechanical tasks.

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 42 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kingaroy QLD 4610: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Machine Operator: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- HC Licence (required)
- Machine Tickets (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
