In response to our continued growth and commitment to our ACT customers, we're looking for an amazing Associate Consulting Director to join our Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a leadership role.

**What you'll be doing...**

This dynamic hands-on role is vital to creating a compelling customer experience in the delivery of TechnologyOne projects and programs. You'll live our values by enabling our team to make the impossible possible, every day. Ultimately, you are responsible for driving our commercial goals within the region.

By partnering with internal stakeholders, you are encouraged to challenge the status quo, improve our processes, and identify ways to optimise opportunities. You'll also:

- Support the Leadership Team to deliver on our strategic goals
- Contribute to the regional strategy & identify new opportunities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to continuously evolve our service offering, processes, and processes.
- Lead & develop employees to reach their highest potential

- You're an all-star in your commercial acumen and leadership
- Expert consultant with project management experience in running multiple simultaneous ERP projects
- Proven track record of influencing, negotiating, and engaging executive stakeholders to achieve great outcomes
- A great communicator. Your communication skills are second to none and you're at your best when talking to customers
