**About the business**

MyFirstGym is a one stop fitness shop for children from 7 months right through to 15 years. We deliver outcome-based programs and inspire kids to fall in love with movement and fitness.

Our development programs are designed to improve children's physical literacy, while our specialty programs are designed to focus on specific sports. Our specialty programs include Martial Arts, Ninja Warrior, Dance, Gymnastics, Parkour, Boxing and MFG Fit.

**About the role**

**MyFirstGym Redbank Plains and Springfield are looking for superstar coaches to join their team.**

The role of a MyFirstGym Coach is to inspire children to fall in love with movement and fitness and help them to feel confident and motivated. MyFirstGym Coaches are not just coaches, they are mentors, friends and role models who are **passionate about working with children.**

We are seeking a number of coaches to assist with the following classes
- Ninja Warrior
- Junior Development (7 months - 5 years)
- Parkour
- Dance **(Dance accreditation required)**:

- Tumbling **(Tumbling experience essential)**:

- Cheer **(cheer experience required)**:

- Boxing **(boxing experience)**:

- Gymnastics **(beginner accreditation or higher required)**:

- Fitness **(certificate 3 or higher required)**:

- Birthday Party/ Event Host

We have classes across our timetable morning and afternoon, 7 days per week. Our coaches also assist with events and birthday parties on weekends.

**Skills and experience**
- Experience working with children
- First Aid & CPR Certificate **(essential)**:

- Working with children check **(essential)**:

- Strong customer service skills
- A passion for Health and Fitness
- Ability to work well in a team environment

This role is all about inspiring the younger generation to grow up fit and healthy all while getting to do what you love.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $15.10 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
